Weighted Selection
Nodes are scored from 0-1000 based on status, slot availability (40%), telemetry (30%), and partner incentives (30%).
Capacity Mapping
Application sizes map to slots: Small (1), Medium (2), Large (4). Deployment requires vacant slots ≥ app size.
Overload Protection
Nodes with any telemetry above 90% receive a 150-point penalty to prevent incoming traffic during high load.
